Hi, I’m Brazos.

These are my pride and joy: projects that mean the most to me (pride), which I’ve created alongside talented friends and coworkers (joy).

But first, a little about me…

I am a Creative Director/Copywriter and live in DFW. Currently clickin’ the keys over at Johnson & Sekin. Before that, more of the same at Dieste and TRG for brands like Miller Lite, Chick-Fil-A, Dr Pepper, and AT&T. (I’m also a musician. More on that here.)

About

I have more than ten years’ experience – more like twelve, if we’re being honest – creating compelling messages for brands and organizations in media old and new.

Prior to working in advertising, I co-founded a tech startup, worked in a startup incubator, played in a rock band, interned at a law firm, did a little improv, vacuumed cars, and worked exactly one (1) shift at CVS.

I weave through traffic on my road bike and still don’t know better.

I perform live music wherever they’ll let me. (And a few places they merely tolerate me.)

My very large poodle walks me when he feels like it.

I was featured in Buzzfeed: “50 Tweets that Were So Good in 2017”. (I’m #37.)

I present to student ad clubs — and sometimes even get asked to return.

And my wife thinks something is seriously missing from this list.
