Fuzzy’s Taco Shop

The Situation

The Problem

The Solution

At the peak of the COVID shutdown, we were looking for anything to create some semblance of normalcy.

We knew exactly what we needed to do: pivot to delivery, ASAP.

Fuzzy’s fans were at home, hungry as ever, but had no way to get to a Fuzzy’s to hang out and connect.

We brought some levity with twoscreensonedate.com: a trove of virtual date ideas that gave hungry singles something to do while enjoying their Fuzzy’s takeout together.

I wrote around 100 different date ideas for the site itself, which is still live, though there aren’t quite as many virtual dates happening these days. (Long-distance relationships notwithstanding.) Check it out by clicking that .GIF over there. 👈

We also won an ADDY for the site and accompanying social campaign.

To launch the site, we created this spot that played up the absurdity of the site – and the collective moment. (VO: Me.)

Fuzzy’s Delivery Soft Launch

Not long after, we were tasked with “soft launching” Fuzzy’s delivery – soft, because delivery was sporadically available. It made for a fun challenge and, among other things, these IG stories.
