Butterfly Pavilion is an invertebrate zoo in Denver, CO that also happens to perform cutting-edge conservation research.
The Problem
People love to donate to save “charismatic megafauna” (you know, the cute ones: elephants, polar bears, pandas) but are less keen on invertebrates, which tend to be small, squishy, and even a bit scary.
The Solution
Show how essential these magical creatures are.
Bringing the Campaign to Life
We were tasked with creating a look and feel for Butterfly Pavilion’s $55 million fundraising drive for a new building. That meant letting current visitors know what was coming by designing an immersive space in the current Butterfly Pavilion and outdoor boards in Denver.
